Red Noses: Aug. 16-17 Shows
HELIKOS
Scuola Internazionale di Creazione Teatrale
Presents
RED NOSES
a Clown Variety Show
The Final Presentation
of the 7th International Training on Theatre Clown
led by
Giovanni Fusetti
Monday August 16th and Tuesday August 17th, 2010,
7:30 pm, at the Nomad Theatre, BOULDER, CO
This performance is the last act of a three-week intensive training program with Giovanni Fusetti. The participants have explored the world of physical comedy through the development of their “individual clown”: a comic character whose comedy is a direct transposition of the uniqueness of each actor. A troupe of 10 clowns will present a variety show of numbers, routines and comic acts, performing their naiveté, their stupidity and their skills, in an evening of ridiculous virtuosities, sublime fiascos (bides), singing, acrobatics, music and various catastrophes.
Remember: Intelligence is limited, stupidity is infinite.
Location: NOMAD THEATRE, 1410 Quince ave. North Boulder, Co
Performance Times: Monday August 16th and Tuesday August 17th at 7:30 pm
Admission: suggested donation $7 to $700, tickets will be available at the entrance. No reservation is needed.
For information: 720 938 0752
If you’re wondering if you can bring children - we would say ‘yes. The performance does not contain adult language, nudity or profanity. In some acts the clowns will play with the theme of love and sensual attraction.
